Our Philosophy is to help care for your dogs by providing a professional grooming service, in a clean environment, that will suit both the needs of  the dog and owner(s) by qualified dog beauticians/groomers.

 

It is very important to a dog to be groomed on a daily basis to remain happy and healthy. 

Many dog owners lead busy lifestyles, therefore, we are here to assist and guide you on the best way to care for your dogs coat.

 

It is important to realise that all dogs have different needs, these vary dramatically, from health issues to behavioural issues and medical requirements.

We take pride in our work and try to ensure the grooming result is to the owners preference and standards, however, there may be times where owner and groomer may have to compromise as the dogs welfare will always take priority over appearance. 

 

Grooming times and cost of grooming WILL vary due to the different breeds, thickness of coats, bathing and drying times, temperaments, capabilities, health issues, age etc. 

 

Dog grooming is a very important factor in your dogs life, therefore we try to encourage regular grooming sessions for your dog from an early age to help build their confidence and to allow them to enjoy their visits without being stressed or wary. The earlier they start, the easier it is for them. 

 

As we work on a very tight schedule to provide this service, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible before your appointment day to inform us if your unable to attend the given appointment. This allows us to allocate an earlier slot to another customer and avoids us having cost implications by filling the appointment slot.

 

A deposit may be require to secure a next appointment if you fail to attend your given appointment without notice.
